 Happy February, Red Class! 😀 I hope you all had a good weekend, even though it didn't snow. I hope you are all ready for a fun week with a new topic. For the next few weeks, we are going to be looking at Space! 🌍 There are also a few different activities in this week too as its Children's Mental Health Awareness Week; Mr Staley has done an assembly for you all on the subject - click here! So, here are your sessions for today: Mon 1st Feb I look forward to seeing you on Zoom this morning, where we will be going through a few of the different activities that are available for you to work on throughout the week. These are: - Book Talk - there are different activities for you to do which we would normally do in our Literacy Sessions at school. These can be done any time over the week - Funky Fingers - choose 1 way to warm-up your fingers each day. Below you will see some photos of our new book corner (things have moved around a little), but our Book display is looking very empty 😢. It will be a display to show all the books we love in Red Class, some we have loved in our lessons, like Room on a Broom, but also the ones you have enjoyed at home.  Good Morning Red Class ⛄ I hope you managed to get outside and enjoy the flurry of snow we had at the weekend! It wasn't as much as we had after Christmas, but enough to build a snowman in. This week we are going to start our morning Zoom session a little differently; with our Book Talk story. It is by one of my favourite authors (what does that mean they do?), so don;t forget to join us at 9.20am!
