 Good Morning Red Class, 🍦

 Can you believe that it's half-term next week?! Where has this term gone! 

 It's been lovely to speak to you all, and for those I've missed, if you'd like to catch up, please send a message to the office with a date/time, and I'll give you a call.

 Of course, its Friday which means an Open the Book assembly! Today's story is 'The Big Spender'.

 Here are today's suggested activities:

 Friday 22nd May (change to Kipper activities for Phonics and link added for well-being activity)

 As it is half-term next week, we will not be adding to our blogs daily, but here are some outdoor activities you might like to do over the half-term.

 Also, The PTA have created a challenge that you can take part in over half-term:

 PTA Logo Challenge!
The PTA have challenged the pupils of Holy Apostles’ School to design a PTA logo. 
The winning design or combination of designs will be made into a logo that will be used on our letterhead and social media pages. 
The winner(s) will also receive a prize in the form of a £10 voucher of their choice.
The logo should ideally
•Include the words Holy Apostles’ Primary  School PTA
•Not be too intricate
•Be colourful
Please take a good quality photo of your design and send it to pta@holyapostles.gloucs.sch.uk.
The closing date will be Monday 1st June 2020.
Also remember to post photos of your sunflowers to the PTA Facebook page or send to pta@holyapostles.gloucs.sch.uk

Dear Parents, Normally at the end of the year, we would spend a day all together out on the field, taking part in our School Sports Day. We may not be able to do that this year, but it doesn't mean we can't have some sports day fun. Instead, this year we will be having a Virtual Sports Day. Buenos Dias Red Class 🐳 Wow! How is it Thursday already? It's nearly the weekend already! Today I thought I'd add a link to a storyteller so that you can enjoy a story at the end of the day, just like we would do in Red Class. These are 'Stories by Nick' ; new stories are released every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 2pm, but there are loads already available for you to listen to. Here are today's suggested activities: Thursday 7th May I hope you enjoyed being a Scientist again today, and don't forget to put your photos onto ILD so I can see what you have been up to! This is produced by Coram Life Education who make one of the PSHCE curriculums we use at school, SCARF. Oxford Owl - Read Write Inc. Phonics Oxford Owl's scheme, Read Write Inc.
